Oil & Gas
Field Services
We provide comprehensive field services for offshore and onshore oil and gas projects, covering pre-commissioning through system commissioning and engineering support.
End-to-End Support
Across All Project Phases.
VinePlant delivers field service expertise from pre-commissioning to final system handover, ensuring quality, safety, and schedule compliance at every stage.
Pre-commissioning services are performed to prepare systems for safe and reliable operation prior to commissioning.
- Pipe flushing: Air blowing, Air shocking, Water circulation, Water jet and pigging
- Chemical cleaning: Corrosion inhibitor, Acid cleaning
- Hot oil flushing (NAS grade) with oil purification service
- Leak test: Hydrostatic, Pneumatic, Galt methods
- Valve interlock installation and inspection
- Electrical and instrumentation system inspection and testing
- System loop checks to ensure operational readiness
- Rotating equipment alignment
- System pre-setting before commissioning
- Equipment preservation
- OEM coordination
- Punch management
- Flange management system (FMS)
- Insulation installation and inspection
- Color coding (Piping Identification) installation and inspection
Inspection and testing services are conducted during the construction period across machinery, piping, electrical, and HVAC systems to verify installation quality and system integrity.
Scope includes line walk inspections, receiving inspections (RI), reinstatement inspections, and mechanical completion handover checks. Machinery-related inspections include monorail and pad eye load tests, as well as hatch door chalk tests and water spray tests.
Electrical systems are verified through cable and tray visual inspection, electrical panel cleaning services, megger testing, earthing resistance tests, protection relay tests, and high-voltage (HV) hi-pot testing. Fire seal inspection and installation are also included.
HVAC systems are inspected and tested through visual inspection, duct leakage tests, air flow tests, drain tests, indoor air quality (IAQ) checks, refrigerant system pressure tests, and filter inspections.
Commissioning services support system start-up and functional verification following mechanical completion. All non-OEM scope commissioning activities are performed, including system operation checks, functional testing, and integration verification to ensure systems operate in accordance with design intent and operational requirements.
Engineering support includes 3D scanning and dimension control for installation accuracy and hook-up verification. 3D modeling and drawing generation are performed using AM(AVEVA Marine) to support project execution and as-built documentation.
These services enable efficient coordination between engineering, construction, and commissioning phases.
